The libraries of five municipalities in southwestern Häme (the city of Forssa and the municipalities of Humppila, Jokioinen, Tammela and Ypäjä) together form the Louna libraries. Louna libraries have common user and material databases, library management system, web library and library card.

From the libraries' user's point of view, the Louna libraries operate as one library institution. The user can use the Louna library card at all Louna libraries. The rules and fees for using the libraries are also the same.
